Joy Star System is a concept developed by John Casablancas, Founder of the Elite Agency network, and his longtime friend and associate, Jeremie Roux. After twenty-five years leading the agency that dominated the modeling industry worldwide and represented 80% of the Supermodels, Casablancas now says “I will devote all of my time to identifying, amongst the hundreds of new faces that our scouts will discover, those who have that very special X-factor that can make them Superstars.
