History of the agency:
The Warsaw-based agency has been running since 2005. The in-born capability to sense female beauty has made it possible for Gosia Leitner to find faces, that suit current trends and successfully make it through to international markets. Kasia Struss, Joanna Krupa, Anna Kuznetsova.. these stars’ careers have been launched and succesfully managed by Avant Management.
In 2005 this passion for finding top models gained a new name: Avant. Managed by a young, energetic team the agency is a leader on the modelling market.
